She's a clear cross between both races. She's pretty.

Robinne Lee is in an upcoming holiday-season movie starring Will Smith called "Seven Pounds." In the film, she has a supporting role, and she's NOT Will's love interest--That role went to Rosario Dawson. Generally, Hollywood will cast a very attractive female to be paired up with its film's handsome superstar (Although there have been a few notable exceptions to this rule including Courage Under Fire with Denzel and Enemy of the State, another Will Smith vehicle). In this case I think they got it wrong again. Rosario is a great actress and a bigger star than Lee, but I would've picked Lee to play the love interest over Rosario. Lee is every bit as talented, and I believe she is much more attractive imho.

Any thoughts?

Rosario Rosario, where forth art thou? Seriously I've liked Rosario Dawson since Kids, not trying to come off too harsh here, but she has that druggie look. It works sometimes not in others.

The fashion industry loves looks like hers, it comes accross as edgy. But I like a little pretty in my films, and Will Smith aint it, so my vote is for Robinne Lee.

I don't know. she looks more African than Chinese imo, but maybe that's because i have american eyes. But this is even after reading all about these admixture studies. She looks like she may have one asian grand parent, not an asian parent imo. Such a look doesn't look too far off from some afro americans.

ehh...it's probably just her skin color. I've forgotten that i have a friend that's have filipino half AA and he has a similar phenotype. I think skin color is just so much more noticable that it makes us think some people are more "African looking".
Even so, after looking at many of her other pics, her asian ancestry is not always obvious. Just a thought.

The reference didn't say she was half and half, or bi-racial, only of Chinese descent. Mike Tyson had an Asian grandma too ya know.

Cool

I agree, it probably went to Rosarios popularity
She has strong jaws and needs to be made up right.
From pictures of her she doesn't have a good fashion eye.

The other woman is a much more natural beauty.

Yeah, i noticed that, but i was referring to msmochachina's post...in which she mentions ole girl is a "clear cross" between both "races." I was just saying that she's not such a "clear cross" imo.

Oh well, not a big deal. As we all know, eyeballing is not usually a good way to tell admixture.
