Most of this lsgh2's posts are just taking up space... it's almost as if he's a bot that can respond back. Overall, I don't see any value to The Study of Racialism - or to lsgh2 himself - by continuing to have him here.

Now, there is an interesting question. I agree that LSGH2's messages so far have been devoid of content furthering the site mission. But I have considered him as being under the new-member exemption because he has made only 18 posts. Once he makes 50 posts he would start getting reminded. After 100 posts he would be required to conttribute.
But here is the interesting question. LSGH2 is apparently the same individual as LSGH, who made 227 posts before stopping in January. So, should we consider him an experienced user and therefore in violation of the last sentence of rule 1.2? Or should we wait until he hits 50-100 messages again?
Suggestions are welcomed. |

I think that a "special circumstances as the administrator sees fit" or "Catch-all" rule would be appropriate for situations such as this. |
