Gina Ravera (born May 20, 1966) is an American actress. Ravera was born Gina D. Ravarra in San Francisco, California, to a Puerto Rican father and African American mother. She appeared in the film The Great Debaters, about the first African-American college debate team to be nationally successful and the man who created it.
