It's German title is 'Neger, Neger, Schornsteinfeger', by Hans J. Massaquoi, it's the autobiography of a half-German half-Liberian, who grew up in Hamburg and was in Germany right through the whole Nazi period and the war. Schornsteinfeger = Chimney Sweeper.... I'm assuming this is a reference to skin color. I'm surprised that he spent all those years during WWII outside a concentration camp. Many people like himself were sent there and even sterilized. If I'm not mistaken, the picture on the book cover shows him wearing a swastika patch on his sweater.
