Okay. You are reinstated. For a critique of that article, click here. I caution you again to read The Rules to avoid getting in trouble again. Also, if you want to talk about "races" again, you must be prepared to define precisely what you mean by "race" in an objective way.

If you mean that American marriage patterns divide the population into Blacks and non-Blacks, no one will disagree. The U.S. is funny that way. It is the only nation in the hemisphere with two genetically distinct populations.

And if you mean that there are regional variations among members of our species due to local adaptations, then again nobody will disagree. There are many thousands of such regional variations.

But of you claim that it is possible to group those thousands of variations into less than 30-50 major clusters in some objectively deterministic way, you will be challenged. And if you fail to provide a source, you will be suspended again.
