Umm, proof that one can suceed. Through hard work, education,chances,luck,fate,yes, etc., there are no limits for people. White ,Black,male,female, are small factors. The bigest factor depends ontheperson. No,I am not naive to believe that all is fair in the world and everything is easy, but people do suceed to great career paths.
