Youtube video above:

Judith Hill, a vocalist who was recruited to be one of the backup singers for Jackson's concerts in London: Hill is a based in Pasadena, California, she's a half-Japanese, half-Black singer/songwriter who is working on an album.

Her site:

My wife's saying the Japanese sites say her mother is Zainichi (meaning ethnic Korean born in Japan) but on the site it just says her mother is an immigrant from Japan. Usually in other countries, Zainichis just say they are Korean, so I find that odd if it is true.

She's the mystery girl that has been asked about. That's her!
Yahoo ran a piece on her yesterday and she was on Entertainment Tonight last night. She sang a song, played the piano, and was interviewed by Mary Hart. Check on the show online, because JH's segment might be there on line.
Why all of the attentionon her?She is very pretty. Great voice. She did sing at MJ Memorial. Maybe it is in part that her look is different and it makes her stand out. Anyway, a star may have been born here in the MJ stuff...Judith Hill!
