Hello
I know this is an old story but Oevega was right, the young innocent brazilian man was killed because of his looks , in a sense he looked like an East African man, suspected of terrorism that the police was after. Unfortunately, the brazilian man also lived in the same block of flats of the terrorist.
If the Brazilian man was "lighter" or "darker" than what he looked like at that time, he would not have been killed.
I posted below his picture and the picture of the East African man who was his neighboor.
And No, the brazilian man didn't run away from the police or behaved suscpiciously.
