That's true. Also, something odd that I have noticed is that the number lurker visitors sometimes goes up at the same time that the posting rate slows down, and vice-versa. I suspect that this is just a coincidence, since I cannot imagine any cause and effect. |

Couldn't that just be members looking around without logging in, like if they're in a hurry or something? |

You're right. It could. I count anyone who stops by without logging in as a lurker or visitor. I was assuming that most members log in automatically. |

| Summer vacation - this is the last hurrah for family people before the little ones head back to school. I just got back from Toronto where I did not touch a computer for about a week. I think that is a new record for me |
