--To Find Your Username--

1. Click on "memberlist." This opens a two-page list of all the members.

2. Scroll through the list until you recognize your name.

3. To return to the main window at any time, click on the big "Backintyme" logo at upper left.

4. If you still cannot find it, email me at admin@backintyme.com. (If worse comes to worst, you can always click on "register" and add yourself again.)

--To log in as a member--

1. To return to the main window at any time, click on the big "Backintyme" logo at upper left.

2. To log in, click on "log in". This brings up a window where you can type
your username and password.

3. Put in your username (see previous message if you do not know it) and password in this window. If you are coming from Yahoo groups, your temporary password is "password."

4. Click on "log in" in the new window. This returns you to the
main window (logged in).

--To change your password or username--

1. To return to the main window at any time, click on the big "Backintyme" logo at upper left.

2. Log in (see prior message).

3.Click on "profile". This brings up a window with your personal data.

4. Change your password following the instructions there. You can also change lots of other things, including your username, signature, and avatar (a little picture on your messages).

5. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "submit".This
returns you to the main window..

--To join a closed forum group--

As of 01 Dec 2004, we have two closed groups. These are:

"Ladies Only, Please" -- Issues of interest to the fair sex (relationships, hair, children, feminism, men-bashing, etc.). Moderated by Susanne.

"Youth Only, Please" -- Issues of interest to young people (music, entertainment, school, careers, self-identity, etc). Moderated by Tyrone.

1. To return to the main window at any time, click on the big "Backintyme" logo at upper left.

2. Click on "Usergroups." This brings up a window that lists, first, the groups to which you already belong and, second, under the title "Join a Group," forum groups of which you are not a member.

3. Use the drop-down list box to choose a group. The groups avaliable as of 01 Dec 2004 are: Ladies, Management, Regular Users, Unknown Users, and Youth.

4. After choosing a group, click on "View Information." This brings up a window with the group's goal, a list of its members, and the username of the group's moderator.

5. To join the group, click on "Join Group." This will notify the moderator that you wish to join. You will receive an email when the moderator acts on your rquest.
