I have discovered the way to "point cite" or URL-link directly to any of our individual posts on OneDropRule. Maybe Frank has explained this already? If so, I did not see.
The format we can use to embed links in our text is this:
[ url=**url-Link**][ u]##Txt##[/u][/url] (Leave no spaces!)
The idea is -- paste a good URL in the "=**url-Link**]" region; and substitute our text in the "]##Txt##[" region. The [ u]__[/u] signals cause the hypertext link to be underlined for better visibility.
Point citing to any post here uses this URL-link format:
"http://backintyme.com/ODR/viewtopic.php?p=45768#45678"
Substitute your own selected address number for "45678#45678" in the sample form. Only this number changes. The rest is boilerplate. Notice, the number is the same on both sides of #.
Each OneDropRule post has a unique number. I find the post's address number by hovering the cursor-arrow over its "quote-button -- which shows the link, ending with the unique address on my browser's status-bar.
