I am formally accusing Salsassin of harassing me. Triguy has also done it in the past to a lesser extent, but Salsassin is more fanatical and he seems to have more time on his hands to do it.
Maya has not handled this well. She attempts to find everyone equally guilty. That is like blaming the rape victim for the rape. If derogatory personal information about me is left on the forum, you should in fairness give me leave to make similar attacks on Salsassin. What I would PREFER is that you discipline (preferably banish) Salsassin so this forum can return to civilized conversation.
He is a fanatic. He is obsessed with me. As for this BS about punishing me for "hating" African ancestry, let's get real here. He has no right to appoint himself judge and executioner to punish anyone's "hate", "love" or whatever. His agenda is to silence me because he disagrees with my political views. |

AD - In the Matthews thread it was my assessment that the three of you were equal contributors to the "mayhem," though Jaime slung the first fistful of dirt.
In the Felton thread there was a clear violation of the rules, which I have already addressed in the forum and privately where applicable.
Jaime's ad hominem statements have been edited out and he has been warned. As far as I am aware, no further personal attacks have been issued. At this point it is up to you if you want to further degrade the civility of this discussion by responding in kind, but know that two wrongs don't make a right when it comes to rules violations. I do understand that responding harshly after being the subject of a personal attack is not comparable to initiating the attack based on some sort of philosophcal disagreement.
Jaime does not have the authority or ability to silence you nor will any attempts to do so be successful or be tolerated the forum that I moderate. You are silenced in the forum only by 1) non-contribution 2) suspension 3) banishment.
To use your rape analogy, of course Jaime is responsible for controlling himself, and you should not be blamed for being victimized (and weren't). That is clear in the Felton thread. In the Matthews thread, however, the analogy does not apply in my estimation. Not even a date rape analogy.
In relation to Triguy, maybe I don't understand the Orwellian analogy he has made in responding to your post, specifically because you personally have no control over what anyone posts in the forum. |

Actually, "black" IS a denial of white and other nonblack ancestry. A person who identified as "Negro" or "black" was supposed to OFFICIALLY deny any ancestry other than African, no matter how OBVIOUS his nonblack ancestry was. |

Hold the phone. All that was required/requested is that Jaime point out, using quotes, posts in which another member has initiated an ad hominem attack against him. Now that Jaime has pointed them out, AD is hearby issued a warning: Please cease and desist with the personal attacks against Jaime.
It wasn't necessary or helpful for Jaime to insinuate a bias, and it is especially interesting that both Jaime and AD seem to believe that I am being unfair. Unless a neutral party (moderator or not) provides compelling evidence of my favoritism/blaming the victim in this exchange I am going to ignore this and move on.
The rule DO NOT state that "any member subjected to ad hominem attacks is allowed to respond by initiating further ad hominem attacks." Both Jaime and AD have been warned. Should Jaime request that these ad hominem attacks against him be edited out of AD's posts I will honor that request.
AD is also requested to provide evidence for claims challenged by Jaime above, or confirm that they are unsubstantiated claims. She should provide the evidence within 24 hours.
You two have a history of disagreement and have even been suspended after a previous verbal altercation. Please do not insult my intelligence by presenting Round 206 in this ongoing, periodic individual clash as some sort of anomaly in your exceedingly deferential and respectful exchanges with one another. Give me a break.
I would strongly suggest that Jaime err on the side of civility when responding to AD's posts. And by that I don't mean adding "please" and "thank you" to the directives that he frequently employs in the worthy pursuit of clarification or evidence. |

Nice try. None of those threads even come close to adressing your claims of Mexicans with little or no European ancestry claiming Whiteness for themselves nor your claims about me for that matter.

She made the formal accusation, not me. SO it's up to her to provide the evidence. If not, either stick to the rules and have her state its hearsay, or I will accept just having her posts with unfounded accusations deleted. |
