There are a lot of biracial/multiracial on American Idol this year:

Jordan Sparks black/white

Jared Cotter black/Hispanic (mestizo) depends what kind of Hispanic...mestizo is European/Native mix
Antonella Barba white Italian/HIspanic (mestizo)? This kind of mix would depend. Latin would fit, both Italian & Hispanic are latin, not mestizo

Sabrina Sloan

You forgot the no talent Sanjaya Malakar (East Indian and Euro-American).

I was very disappointed that Malakar and Haley Scarnato beat out Sundance Head and Sabrina Sloan. Sad

Both of the former were the least talented of the bunch next to Barba and the least charismatic too. I guess it's just as much a popularity contest as anything else. If either wins, I think I'll kill myself.

Yes she did and much to the surprise of the judges. She lost out to Haley Scarnato one of the blandest contestants ever.

Sanjaya is still in the race with his no-talent behind. There must be alot of East Indians and young girls out there voting for him.

I'm not sure why I said "white Italian" not due to any "African ancestory" I was trying to give as much ethnic information as possible.

Its all about Jordan now, she is my favorite, despite being a "big girl"...not fat just brickhouse...she is cute and has a great personality as well as a powerful voice.

Jordan was a plus-sized model. It's gonna be between her and Dolittle now (like to see Dolittle win). You have to keep in mind though the demographic that's voting. I believe they are largely pre-teen or early teenage white girls. That explains Sunjaya's staying power. Oh and don't forget all those South Asians voting for him every week too.

You forgot Sanjaya who is Indian and white. Frankly, he could easily pass for mulatto.

I couldn't help but notice the little colour line that has happened on American Idol. Of the last three contestants, one would be categorized as "white", one as "black" and the last little girl is right down the middle.

It may not mean anything. It's just interesting.
