Thanks, Gordon. That site used to have portions of Coon's book online, but not the whole thing. I wonder if they've gotten around to putting the whole thing online. I'll check it out when I have time.

I think the whole thing is online. I'm not sure if the zip file has the graphs and pictures, but both are on the site itself.

I think National Geographic published a map entitled the The Races of Europe in 1918. Let me check.
