| Thanks, Gordon. That site used to have portions of Coon's book online, but not the whole thing. I wonder if they've gotten around to putting the whole thing online. I'll check it out when I have time. |

| I think the whole thing is online. I'm not sure if the zip file has the graphs and pictures, but both are on the site itself. |
