Born December 10, 1985 Birth Place: Atlanta, Georgia Occupation: Actress, Singer She began her career as a child model in her native Atlanta, Ga. When the family moved to New York, the prestigious Ford Modeling Agency signed her. In 1989, she auditioned for a part in the feature film "Ghost Dad," starring Bill Cosby. Although she was too young for the role, her personality and ability for memorizing lines greatly impressed the casting directors, who brought her to Cosby's attention. After meetings with the writers and producers of "The Cosby Show," as well as with Cosby, she landed the role of Olivia Kendall and made her television debut in 1989. Raven starred in three seasons of the Cosby Show before it was cancelled. Raven continued to work and she went on to star as 'Nicole' on the top-rated series "Hangin' With Mr. Cooper." Raven also made her feature film debut in Penelope Spheeris' "The Little Rascals." Symone's recording career began at the age of five when she signed a contract with MCA Records. Here's To New Dreams, a mix of R&B, pop and rap, was released containing the single "That's What Little Girls Are Made Of." The album was produced by Melissa Elliot, now more commonly known as Missy Elliot. The album was successful and went on to sell over one million copies world wide. Raven has also performed on Broadway, singing with the Boys Choir of Harlem as part of their 25th Anniversary celebration. Raven released her sophomore album "Undeniable" in 1999. It included a song penned for Raven by Stevie Wonder. In 2002, Raven signed on to appear on a Disney Channel show called "Absolutely Physic". When the producers saw Raven's immense talent, they renamed the show to "That's So Raven" and made Raven the star of the show. The show has become Disney Channel's number 1 rated show, beating the previous top rated show "Lizzie McGuire". In 2004, That's So Raven made history to become the first Disney Channel show go beyond 65 episodes and reach 78 episodes. In 2005, That's So Raven broke records once again when Disney Channel ordered a fourth season, bringing the series total to 100 episodes. In 2003, Raven starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie "The Cheetah Girls". The movie was a massive success, the soundtrack sold over two million copies. Raven also starred in the sequel which is set to air in August 2006. In 2004, Raven released her third album "This Is My Time". The album was well received by critics, and managed to sell over 220,000 copies. Raven toured with the album during 2005 and 2006. In 2007, Raven will begin work on her fourth album

No, that was her former co-star on the Cosby Show, Lisa Bonet (she renamed herself with some space cadet name). Lisa has a kid with Jason Mamoa, she gave birth about a month ago.

Christopher Pearman's Blurbs
BIOGRAPHY: Most of you may know me as Raven Symone's father. But I'm ore than just her father. I'm also her director. I've directed 3 episodes of The Disney Channel Show "That's So Raven" The Episodes Titles Are: Spunk'd, The Royal Treatment, and True Colors. I grew up in the south of Atlanta, Georgia where I was born and raised. And at age 7 I beagan writing and singing my own music. Only until I grew intrest into other things such as directing and producing movies/shows. Which has always been my dream. At the age of 16 I met the love of my life Lydia Gaulden. She and I later got married a few years later. Then my baby girl Raven became a part of my life. That's the best daughter any man could ask for. Yes we disagree on things sometimes and we don't always see each other face to face she still knows that I will always love her. And 6 years after Raven along came Blaize. My first and only son. While Blaize was born Lydia and I weren't together. But we worked things out and here we are today. The Pearman Family!_____________________________________________________________________

Lisa Bonet just had a kid with Jason Momoa!?!? For real? Are you sure that's right?

Jason Momoa

My husband and I watch "Stargate: Atlantis" which stars Jason Momoa and I thought FOR SURE he was a mulatto. Turns out he's Hawaiian. Which is funny, because I am a mulatto who has recently been mistaken for a Hawaiian by two different people on two separate occasions. Laughing

Yup, Him! I thought so too, that he was mulatto. He's Half Hawaiian and Half White-American. I've learned that there is some African admixture among some indigenous Hawaiians, from long ago, due to the import of slave to the islands. So, you never know...

I saw some pictures, recently, of him walking the baby in a stroller along side Lisa's ex, Lenny Kravitz.
