zeta,

why a "full black african" and just a "full European"?

Are we acknowledging (unconsciously) that Africans are far more heterogenous as a group compared to a white European (homogeniety) where a European in the true sense of the word will always be that, hence your term for the latter!

Passing is an art form with an infinite palette...
It's up to the "Passer" to decide whom they ought pass ass,
just as it's up to the artist what (s)he shall paint.

This phrase simply does not make sense. Who is "passing"?

Also, If one is born in Europe, one is "European", regardless of skin tone.

Correct. Not to mention that 'European', 'Mixedrace', Etc. aren't even on the census. So, technically, the only people who 'exist' are (choose 1):

1] Black/African Americans
2] White Americans
3] Asians/Pacific Islanders
4] Latin-Americans/Hispanics [of any color]
5] "Others"

and the same ought to apply to Americans...
