That is because in North America most of the time it usually is a nanny case because it is extremely common for W.A.S.P families to hire dark skin Hispanic women to be the nanny of their fair skin children/child. I have seen Hispanic women who look like pure Aztecs taking children who look like they came straight out of Scandinavia for a stroll in the park. That is a common sight here in California.
