It happens with people (especially women) of African descent as well, though in many cases they are probably correct in the assumption (most AAs have 17% Euro admixture). But still, even regarding African descended women with likely very little Euro admixture, it is suspected that they are mixed if they do not have classic or extreme African features. Such was the case with Isha Sesay, a cnn reporter who was suspected of being mixed because she didn't match people's generalizations. She's from Sierra Leone in West Africa. Anyways, I say it has to do with Eurocentric beauty standards because regardless of whether or not those people are actually any more admixed than the rest of the respective population, many features that we associate with being "hot" or "beautiful" probably do resemble many European types...Of course, this is my opinion. But then again, there are many features that are stereotypically European, but which are also found in other populations...My question is: do we naturally find those features more beautiful, or are we affected by media beauty standards? As for this guy, imho he looks very Asian to me. I would not be surprised if he told me he was 100% Asian at all. But him being Korean may have something to do with it because he doesn't look Chinese or from Hong Kong. And his Jaw line. To me it doesnt have anything to do with whether hes 'looks' mixed with white or not, hes just good looking in my eyes. I know a fine japanese boy whos not mixed and i think hes cute too. Also, if he is as tall as Will Smith I'd add "very" in front of that. My problem with many East Asian men is that they are too short for me, not that they are less attractive than other men based on facial features.
