She had a show (shows here late afternoon) about so-called biracial/bi-racial people talking about their woes, self-hatred, the world being against them, being so different and special, not fitting in, etc.
UGH!!
You might see a message board, etc.on her website.
I don't know. |

| Victimization is an intergral part of many people's identities today. It was only a matter of time before biracial people started whimpering and whining like other people. |

If the episode that I linked into this page (twice now) is the one that you are referring to, then I very much disagree. If you watch these videos, you will see that the "biracials" are not in any way playing themselves as victims. They are simply saying that they do not identify with one or more of their parent's heritages.
It is Tyra, their parents, etc. who are playing themselves as victims by expressing that they feel hurt by rejection. They are also insisting that the heritages that are being rejected are such utterly integral parts of who these biracial individuals are that they simply cannot be denied, regardless of how those individuals feel about it. Tyra and gang are one dropping here, plain and clear as day. |

| Mixed folks don't seem to have a problem with their identity. More often than not, it's people who can't identify with any other race, ethnicity, etc. who appear to be more inclined have an identity problem, particularly "black" Americans. |

| MrSolo, what do you mean by "people who can't identify with any other race, ethnicity, etc."? Are you meaning people who have not embraced some sort of identity, be it white, mixed, bleck, etc. Or are you meaning people who can not sympathize and relate to members of other groups besides their own? |

I'm a bit confused by your post. Are you saying that people who aren't mixed race themselves and therefore "can't identify with any other race, ethnicity, etc", are the ones who have a problem with mixed race people and/or have an identity problem? |
