Not sure what you are asking. Please correct me if the following interpretation is incorrect.
Ignoring that Israel and Turkey are both in Asia, I assume from your two examples that you are asking which one looks more of east-Asian ancestry (Japan, China, Korea, etc). Also, given this forum's title (craniofacial anthropometry), I assume that you are asking about skull shape.
The biggest difference between a European skull and one from east Asia is that, seen from above, the front of a Euro skull resembles the bow of a ship. The center (nasal cavity) is the point of greatest facial extension. The face of an east Asian skull is flatter side-to-side, and the two zygomatics (cheekbones) extend farther forward than the nose.
The easiest way to see this difference is to place the skull face-down on a table. A Euro skull can be rocked side-to-side, pivoting on the nose. An east-Asian skull cannot be rocked side-to-side, since it rests on the two zygomatics.
Now, if I imagine the two lovely young ladies as skulls (a bit of a stretch, I admit), it appears to me that both would be classified as of east Asian ancestry.
interesting enough that they may be both of mongoloid in features..but they are not of East Asian ancestry...they are of south east asian ancestry,,,number 1 is Vietnamese and number 2 is Filipina
interesting enough....East Asians don't even think of themselves as genetically the same as each other
If you think the black and white is complexing...well asians even more
In Asia its not how you look..but what your ancestry is...ethnic koreans who look japanese in Japan get discriminated just because of their last name....
this is what a korean nationalist thinks about korean-other asian mix being less noticable in the korean population
This is part of problem too. Less noticeable and less identification. People are busy and distracted so problem grow and grow with less noticing. It is like odor-less, color-less poison gas that people cant smell or see and that destroy and kill.
there is a boom of multiculuralism in South Korea, created by the importing of foreign brides from China, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia...and they just don't know how to deal with it.
