Pasadena CA. The raw facts:

1. Carillo is robbed of backpack and laptop by two men: McDade and unnamed juvenile.
The robbery is caught on security video.

2. Carillo calls 911, reports armed robbery.

3. Police take Carillo's statement: the unnamed juvenile pointed a gun at him, McDade was the lookout. Both were armed.

4. Police catch McDade driving car and order him to pull over.

5. According to police, McDade makes a sudden movement to pull something from this waistband.

6. Police shoot McDade dead.

7. McDade turns out to have been unarmed in his car.

8. The usual race-baiting media circus unfolds. (McDade was Black, the cops and Carillo were not Black.)

9. Responding to the racial firestorm, the police go back and arrest Carillo (the original victim). They charge Carillo with manslaughter. Had he not reported that the robbers were armed, the police would not have shot McDade, thinking that he was armed. So it was all his fault.

That is not really interesting. That is an everyday thing between criminals and police.
I don't see anything wrong in this case.
Hey, you don't want to get shot by police or a tough shop owner, then don't rob the place.

That is totally different from Martin-Zimmerman.
Martin was walking. Walking in the neighborhood of his dad's fiance's house. Martin was not committing any crime. Zimmerman is not a law enforcer. Zimmerman is a nothing, no body, no one.
He was just someone who took the law in his own hands and jumped the gun when all he needed to do was go home. Stay in his car and drive home. The 911 authorities told him to do this..

Read it again. Slowly. The guy they arrested was miles away when the perp was shot.

Ok, confession. No, I did not it all. I read it now #1-. Carillo robbed Caught on vid. Gave police description.
Police found car, McCade and other person fitting description, and pow! Police shot him.
No, I skipped the last few numbers that McCade was pulled over and went to reach.
Did I get it now?

Still in book, no biggie. No big deal. Hey, don't steal. I would love some new cheap clothes from Wally World for work and a new car from the Buick dealership too. Well, I cannot go help myself to either.
McCade got pulled over. He knew they just had job which for them is robbing.
He reached. Police don't what he reached for. A gun. Maybe he just had an itch.
Police shot. So.

Yes, I know Al Shap'ton and Jessa Jackson will be on this case shortly. Jessa and Al have a little streak of good luck this week for race baiting and police baiting. I get that.
That is how they make their money. So what else is new.

Read item 9 again.

The cops went back and arrested the victim for manslaughter, the guy who was robbed, the guy who called 911. They said if he had not reported the armed robbery, they would not have shot the perp, so it was his fault.

Oh. We have all lost minds.
So, don't report a crime anymore?
Crazy. Totally crazy.
No wonder I missed that. It makes no sense.
Zimmerman and Martin case is pretty clear, cut and dry. Zimmerman commited a crime. He killed someone for no reason other than his own fears, hangups, wahtever.
Now, with some police the atitiude is just don't too much , get paid, stay alive, don't get in jail yourself or under Interanl Affairs, and make home to your family, friends.
