I will personaly vouch for this company. First, I have used them myself (that's how I know that I am a typical Puerto Rican mutt). Second, I know
the man whose effort started the company. Third, they specialize in autosomal mapping, which I consider more realistic than mtDNA or Y, although it does not lend itself to genealogical storytelling.
I recall that a complaint popped up once in the
http://afrigeneas.com/forum-dna/index.cgi forum. It was because the individual was found to have less African admixture than she had expected/wanted, and so she got all bent out of shape. The replies were along the lines of, "If you are going to get upset with the results, then you should not have the test done."
